Based in north west Italy nearby Turin, established as a frozen products distribution service CSR sas has quickly developed into a reliable supplier of frozen fish in the North and centre of our Country. In 2006 we sold 700 tons of product with an amount of revenues 4 Mil euros. We have about 500 customer in different market sectors. 30% of our revenues comes from food industry and GDO, 30% comes from gross wholesales, the remain is from restaurants. Operating a fleet of 7 modern, fully temperature controlled vehicles, Csr sas is constantly looking for any possible improving in the business of frozen seafood. Whether delivering to supermarket chains, fish wholesalers, restaurants or fish shops, all CSR customers have learned that they can completely trust CSR proud guarantee to honour their commitment to product quality. Throughout the country all CSR staff are fully experienced in the fish transport industry – they understand the needs of their customers, enabling them to offer a unique reactive and personalised service. The company had it\'s beginnings 4 year ago and its growing has been granted by internal equity. Since then the company has grown from it\'s relatively modest origin and it looks to a future of continued growth and prosperity with a commitment to achieve the new opportunities coming from Research & development investment. Our ambition is to take advantage of technology ULT to aim the furnishing of tuna . Over the past two years we have already experienced the frozen tuna product in our market and result were very brilliant so that we are encouraged to proceed on this sector. During this trial we registered a great demand from the market about this kind of product, demand that we could not satisfy, and this call is increasing constantly. Anyhow the product furnished was what available on Eu market at a convenient price: tuna treated with CO, processed in counties like Indonesia Philippines etc. Now, according to recent rules by FOOD & Drug Control organization in Europe this work process for tuna have been forbidden and we see a great opportunity in the technology ULT because could provide the right answer of a product of good quality at a reasonable price. At present in Italy we do not see any acknowledgement of using ULT technology for frozen fish for the internal market; this technology is used in Italy but with limited scope: some produced have dedicated plant used by market managed directly for export by Japanese consumers. We wish to use your technology for storage and distribution in Italy of tuna product yellow fin acquiring i.e in Asia where market price is lower than the Big eye produced in Mediterranean sea: the product yellow fin has quality that can satisfy the internal market. Our company could cope with the distribution – using the present customers 20-40 tons per month for the first year, considering that no competitors are in the market and the advantages of the technology are unknown.
